Incredible performance.
Yoel exploded 3 times really hard in the 2nd and I assumed he would've blown himself up due to the weight issue and his general cardio. But then they show his corner starting in the third and Luke's still sitting down but Yoel's standing up bouncing around already.
Then he stalked Luke for most of the final round....didn't even land that overhead left clean and sent him flying.
Checked one of luke's kicks early on...had him bleeding out of his leg...and everytime he kicked Luke's leg, Luke wobbled like crazy.
1 guy's a silver medalist wrestler...the other guy has excellent top game/jiujitsu....but I don't remember any TD attempts. Just a good, tense kickboxing match.
LHW is waaaaaay worse than MW is now. Luke, Weidman, Machida...all these dudes need to go up to LHW. They're too skilled and too fast. Jon done...DC bout to be HW champ...Rumble going back to HW. Only great fighter left is Gus. All 3 are live underdogs against Gus.
Adesanya's coming anyway...it's his division, more than likely.
