Those were some embarrassing challengers in there last night. So lacking in ground skill, it just shows how weak those 2 divisions are that 2 one dimensional guys can fight for the title. I'm not surprised by Volkan getting wrecked, he needed a robbery to beat OSP ffs, I wasn't getting gassed over wins over Cirkunov or Manuwa. Ngannou unfortunately looked exactly as people pegged him. A power puncher without much else. He does have a great chin and a lot of heart though. Stipe definitely should've finished that. Ngannou was as tired as can be and he just held him and hit him with bullshyt punches for the last 15 minutes. Very disappointing, this was his chance to be a star and he threw it away and wants to get mad at the UFC for not promoting him enough. It's his own fault. I don't think any new fans watching last night are itching to see his next fight.

he got too much muscle, he need to lose about 15 pounds and slim down, it don't matter what he do, you carrying that much muscle you use a lot of oxygen you gonna gas

He can lose 20lbs of muscle its not going to change the fact hes not very skilled in any department but striking and even in that category he throws wildly not really protecting himself. He is in the same position as brock and ronda and clearly needs a gut check either add a real camp to what you have or completely break away because hes not going to get better with these guys.Will just be making the same mistakes/having bad habits

I think going to paris effected his stamina he was jet lagged, it was dumb to do that so close to a fight
he didn't look that slow and wild against overeem, he was slow from the start off the fight

if he has no ground skills, why didn't stipe just ground and pound him and finish him

he had a dead tried man mounted and couldn't finish him

he knows how to defend himself on the ground

he even got back to his feet several times with no gas in the tank
