85 head strikes? :dahell:
Lol, those GOTSTA be from the little slaps when they clinching at the fence. Ain't no way she blasted Holly's head 85 times. Even if Holly did that punch, punch, kick combo 10 times a round, that's 50 counter rights max.

Go find any stats on a past fight that you didn't see. Play that shyt out in your head. Then go watch the real fight. :mjlol:

Although Holly was doing a lot of clinching, she was also going for takedowns as well. She was the aggressor throughout the entire fight. I think the last round may have hurt her as her corner was practically telling her to be a bit more aggressive. Still, she shouldn't have lost that fight in my opinion. Should be an immediate rematch.
She went for takedowns and didn't land a single one, judges don't reward you for failed takedowns. She led with karate style, telegraphed blitzing attacks that she hit air on, landed trailing leg kicks and then ate counters and leg/body kicks of her own from Germaine. Holly had 2 moments in the fight, the questionmark kick in the 3rd and then the straight left in the last round that staggered GDR, thats it. Wasn't as thoro as the Valentina fight because she had no moments in that fight, but she got countered up boxing just the same in this one.

You no longer get points just for attempting you got to execute especially when there is such a disparity in striking as the stats apparently indicated

Still, you have to agree that Holm was the more aggressive fighter. She was doing more damage in the clinch and takedowns. And 86 head strikes?! I must be blind because I didn't see that many head strikes from Germaine. I do feel that Holm maybe should've trusted her striking ability a bit more. Especially in that last round.

The :snoop: moment was in that 5th round when Holly almost slumped Randamie and everyone in the arena but Holly knew it. So there she is leaning Randamie against the cage goin for another futile takedown that she's not skilled at, while her corner is literally screaming loud as fukk telling her to cut that shyt out and disengage. :mjlol: Tellin her ass to kickbox:damn:
but she was deaf to it, so it felt like there was a collective groan from everyone; the announcers, her corner, the audience and me watchin where we're all like :hhh:

And she still inflicted more damage than GDR. Who did nada.

I missed this, how did Anderson look
Surprisingly enough he took some shots to the face and ate them but he looks as if he's always trying to do a new technique or if he's sparring for points now he doesn't care to hurt anyone and that's what's missing that killer instinct

My view of the fight is Germaine was being pretty passive while Holly was throwing shots, landing kicks, clinching, dominating in the clinch, going for take downs. Personally, I think Holly lost the fight in the last round, but overall, Holly looked more solid to me than Germaine.

lol @ all those counter shots not inflicting any damage, I gave Holly those 2 rounds just based off landing those shots, she didn't land anything of significance other than those.
