Got a title shot after beating journeyman siver. Has yet to defend it. Zuffa hid him from frankie. Got choked out and won a split against a top LW. Picked Eddie part...conors a great fighter but I'm not buying what they're selling. Shyt is too contrieved
the only way for ufc to stay a float is to keep casual fans attention with hype trains and protect those hype trains. the casual fan can't see through the games (rousey for the womens division as an example).

Cmon breh. His ground game's shaky but he's got dynamite in his hands. He's a tough fight for anyone at 145-155.

I agree and I'm not taking anything away from him but his road to the LW title is non existent. He got the shot because he's popular, not because he beat top fighters. He gets special treatment. Got a shot without defending his current belt

Stream died at the end of Woodley vs Wonder Bread...

they scored it a draw? :what:

Wonder bread ain't do jack the entire fight :why:
People can easily say won rounds 2 3 and 5 because woodley doesn't know what ring control is

I mean... Woodley fought like shyt. Lets talk about that.

Woodley NEVER took him to the ground again. Woodley forgot he had a devastating leg kick. Woodley put himself on the cage the entire fight. Woodley didn't even show up for the 5th.

Like ...who's fault is that? He just showed his ass.

everyone talking about khabib...i agree to a certain extent. he could beat mcgregor. but the thing is, khabib is the ground version of conor, when he takes them down, it's a whole different skill level, he destroys dudes. same way with conor...except he destroys dudes on the feet. and if we're being honest, mj was tagging khabib a lot, especially in that first round. if conor hit him with those type of shots, dude would be rocked as fukk and probably done too.

like it or not, that irish fukk has a different type of power and accuracy. he's like a small version of anthony johnson or something. if you stand with him, he WILL rock you. even punching bag/zombie nate diaz at 170lbs knows that.

MJ peppered Khabib a lot in the first two minutes of the 1st round, but once he got in the clinch and after he got the takedown, it was all over. The rest of the fight was an absolute massacre.

If Conor can keep the fight standing(and his TDD looks a lot better recently), yeah he's gonna obliterate Khabib. Can he though? I'd love to see.

I didn't see Thompson do much either. Both were pretty cautious but still think Woodley dud more

Thompson wasn't trying to take that belt

The only way you can score the fight for Woodley is if you give him 10-8s for round 1 and 4, because there's no way he won rounds two, three or five.

Why didn't they have Eddie's belt? After all the shyt Conor talked to Woodley he had to give up his belt for him to hold, the UFC treat this nikka like shyt.

I think Dana said in the post presser that Connor didn't bring his 145 belt out himself which makes sense since it wasn't on the line.
