Ehhh, if you've ever taken any foreign language courses it's understandable.

A lot of people end up being pretty good at reading the language, but not as good at typing it.

I got that way with French for a few years (Before eventually losing it through lack of practice).

For me it went Reading > Writing > Speaking > Understanding Others

I think that, because English is so ubiquitous worldwide, that may help some people understand the shyt without being actually able to speak it....
