Man, start training.
Nothing like it (I just spent 10 minutes trying to find my training journal to scan/upload. Must have left it at the gym). Gets to the point where you're going to the gym working on technique for hours every week (on your own). Breaking it down, like, moving hips a certain way, working certain combinations, only head movement, only 1's, only 2's, only footwork.
shyt is crazy man. I just start channeling all of the great combat and sporting men before me. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed that I feel like crying. Think about all of the talent, the work put in, just to be amazing at something in this life.
I feel bad for not wrestling in high school, or starting training much earlier in life.
Like Forrest Griffin said, "it's worth even shortening your life span to be great at something."
