What's there to prepare for? Connor has no wrestling or jitz so all Diaz has to go into this fight with is cardio and muscle memory. He has the length and gamesmanship part down if he wasn't in the gym training regardless (after constantly stating zuffa have been begging him to fight Connor forever) thats on him..

If you are truly a martial artists you wouldnt conduct yourself in the manner they did that strikeforce show on CBS. I like the way highlighting how phoney the diaz's bravado act is some how makes me a disciple of Connor.
