That was close fight, not surprised it was a split decision. I like Felder, but I think he hurts himself sometimes by being so flat footed in his movement in order to generate power. Ross was able to be faster in areas and get in and out with his strikes.
Felder needs to work on some things, particularly his boxing and footwork. Hes getting exposed against better competition

They don't want her to fight Tecia, she gave her a good fight in the show. They pretty much just gave Carla the belt because she was the "safe" one.
