I think he'll be signed. Joe Silva is the one doing everything anyways. Then again he's 100 times more ruthless than Dana White.

Who knows. Roy's manager Mike Kogan is absolutely terrible. One of the worst around. I wouldn't be surprised if the let Roy go just to seperate Kogan from the UFC. Plus Kogan is tight with everyone in Bellator. So who knows? It's pretty 50/50.
