actually, you don't understand. it's not about lifting weights. it's about dehydration. it's about water weight. it's about diuretics and completely emptying their system before they step on the scale.

some of these guys drastically manipulate their weight coming into fights...some do it better than others.

and yeah johnson has fukked up a few times

but the fact that he fights at 170 is incredible. that guy is fukking huge.
