I'll never understand why Illegal Immigration became a Democrat vs Republican issue

The only Immigrants that should be in this country are Legal ones. Period

Because you’re not well read and don’t understand the intricacies of the issue and don’t realize it’s not a Republican vs. Democrat issue and that the parties were going to push through a bipartisan reform bill under Obama before Republicans sank it so he wouldn’t get a win. Both parties deport large amount of undocumented immigrants. But the fact of the matter is, a large percentage of those people were brought here as kids and don’t know any other home and are productive members of society. It would be cruel to send them back to those places while they’re here, paying taxes and overall have lower crime rates than the average American.

Yes, there should be a lawful process but the vast majority of people are literally fleeing repressive regimes - and the reason a lot of them are using various methods is because our regular immigration process is inefficient. We have entire US economies based on undocumented workers - Florida lost billions in revenue when it started cracking down on employing undocumented workers. And in this case you’re just typing bullshyt because the people in the article did come here lawfully and Trump is revoking the program. Guys like you continue to show how low information you are.

You don't think black people will be affected by this? What do you think happens to the price of groceries and housing when all those day laborers are magically gone? Who's more impacted by shortages in these fields than black Americans, who are disproportionally members of the poorer and working class?? Not to mention the payroll taxes that undocumented pay but receive none of the benefits for.... all that revenue the government puts toward social services like Medicare/Medicaid that won't be there any more.

I know the average 6 figure coli baller is gonna say HYON, but a lot of black people are kept from being destitute because of these services.
