About 49,500 people took their own lives last year in the U.S., the highest number ever. That's according to new government data posted Thursday.

People are shown images all over what great life is like for other people (false reality) on YT and SM and even though we're more connected we're actually father apart. Dating and marriage is declining, wages aren't increasing as much overall, we're working to older ages, people lose hope and commit that

I think the constant stimulation of the phone/internet world is an issue too. Brains aren't getting the chance to develop naturally, we evolved to have a very long developmental period when the world was a while lot "quieter", for lack of a better world. Long periods of time sitting alone, playing by yourself with only your own thoughts, playing with 1-2 other kids in a natural setting for hours at a time.... it's almost not even possible anymore cause these phones are so addictive and the desire to log in is so strong. So their thought processes are constantly impeded on by outside messages, most of which are not intended for their good. That can't be healthy.

When I was young, the mantra used to be "urban youth (meaning Black/Brown kids) don't kill themselves, they crash out." Now you have Black kids killing themselves and they still are crashing out in all the other ways (gang shootings, drugs, death by cop) too.

60s…ngga the 60s?!? We started it off with the literal threat of the world ending. Then proceeded to see world leaders marked in broad day including including a president.
Civil rights wea, Great Depression, stick market crash….but this the worst it’s ever been

The people panicking are broken and that’s understandable but do realize it ain’t normal. Whether it’s faith, foundation, perspective, a sense of history, there’s a problem wrong if you walkin around thinking ‘this life shyt cooked’
