I don’t know what respiratory distress and eclampsia is but it’s may have inhibited her and no one was there to help her.

Surrogacy sounds perfect for you. Let some other woman do the work for you and your (future) wife. Other woman gets money, while your wife keeps ger body. Its a win-win.
