Sure you can say my explanation is an over-generalization in a sense but most people won't see the significance in the life expectancy dropping from 80 to 79.77(w/e it is).it ain't fully clickbait though.

I do agree that it shouldn't be dropping, there's external forces at play, which we as a collective whole(citizens) refuse to address.
