Prince played Purple Rain in the Damn rain. It doesn’t get more poetic than that. Killed it on the guitar.

Love Mike and he of course pioneered what the halftime show would become, but for me, he’s a close 2nd to Prince with the halftime show.

Beyonce I agree is third but she’s always been a great live performer. If only her discography matched it.
