That is true but it also goes to show how cacs can go round provoking us whether it’s subtle or blatant but when we react and nip it in the bud, we’re seen as the problem.

You can not get physical with someone over words like that, or at the very least on a plane. Should of got a flight attendant to handle it and if he kept messing with him make them take action against him later. Have to move differently out here.

What you have a couple of racist hooligans assaulting him. Assault is what it is when someone is stood behind you, invading your personal space and racially abusing you. To make matters worse, they were drunk.

It is easy enough to present a case for believing he was about to attack him.

Whatever you say. Get a flight attendant to assist you, record the encounters and if nothing is done get your legal team ready for action against the person and the airline. If someone is not touching you or hitting you, especially in an airplane, it is hard to claim self defense when you fire off on them.
