I got kinda stressed out watching that trailer. Can't imagine being in a situation surrounded by so many white people.

Thats what I'm saying,it says its a non horror movie.
So I feel like it will just be stressful because of the fact aint no nikkas hanging out with white people in the woods alone, and not expecting to be killed:mjlol:.
That would piss me off if that is the premise.

Remote cabin in the woods...NOTHING good happens in remote cabins in the woods, regardless of the situation.

I predict someone will draw a dikk on someone's face in this film.

Just finished it on Amazon TV

It’s a mixture of
:stopitslime::picard::gucci::dame::skip::dahell::shaq2::rudy::mindblown:

Basically an accurate portrayal of how white guys party, and how uncomfortable it is when they go over the top with the bullshyt. There is no horror, or scary moments.

black guy and white friend run out of gas :rudy: on the way to a cabin for the weekend with the white guy’s friends. A middle aged white woman sees them, asks what’s going on, and introduces herself, asks their names, typical being nosey, but it’s a remote area, so it’s not strange, although I thought she was going to call the cops on them.

The white friends show up, and they go to the house. The white guys get over the top drunk, and it’s exactly what you would expect...wanting to play stupids games etc. Tons of micro aggressions, etc. The last night, black guy gets pissed because there are too many people, and they are crazy, and wants to leave. He walks to the white woman’s house, looking for a place to sleep, and he’s really drunk and slurring words, and I was expecting her white husband to see her talking to him at the door, and try to shoot him, but that doesn’t happen.

She invites him in for coffee, then her husband, drumroll...BLACK comes in the living room, and is suspicious. It’s understandable considering it’s late and he’s a stranger. He doesn’t want her alone with him. Then a young boy comes down, and he’s full black, so it looks like she married a single black father, unless it’s horrible casting, because the black husband looked more biracial than the kid.

Black guy leaves, because he can tell they are uncomfortable, and his white friend comes looking for him in the woods, and brings him back to the house. They wake up the next morning, and basically, that’s it.

NO plot
NO story

Just white guys who party too hard, and make micro aggressions, mess up the house, burn a painting of Mary and Jesus, complain about having to be PC, and act like the black guy shouldn’t have a negative response because they’re “joking”. I want my $6.99 back.

Caught this on Hulu last night.
I kept waiting for something to happen. And nothing did. Best things I can say about it were Jason Mitchell was really good and the dialogue was realistic. Other than that, it's boring AF and doesn't make much of a statement when it comes to racism besides white people being microaggressive

I saw it on Hulu and still felt like I wasted my time.

Exactly

I think they used Get Out to lure viewers in. There is nothing terrible happening in this film besides blatant disrespect, and passive aggressive racism. They weren't holding him hostage, getting violent, or setting him up. They were just annoying as fukk.
