Because the time in the day doesn't change at all. On a movie set, you shoot 150 days, but you still might have 5-6-10 hour shoot days.. Even more. On a TV set, you may practice 5 days a week and shoot on the 6th... But the hours could be the same..

What this tells me, is there ain't much practice nor multiple takes going on. He's shooting these quick, fast and in a hurry.. And it's for fastest time and not, best quality.

he started with plays.. there's no do overs.... he's pretty much one taking his shows.
figure a half hour show is a hour and half of time... setup/film/takedown .... thats about 5-6 episodes a day

Honestly, Spike Lee has never really been about quality directing....the content is great, but for an established director, he ain’t touching the likes of Antoine Fuqua, F. Gary Gray, or John Singleton. That Da 5 Bloods bullshyt is a prime example. Now TP? This negro will only be remembered for Madea and that studio cause all of his shyt will be on sale at Dollar General.
