I have a question: can the prosecution retry the case based on this misguided juror. I mean from watching her interviews she was clearly biased walking into the trial and nothing changed her mind. Is that possible?

I don't think so due to double jeopardy laws.

Not to mention I don't think they'd want to try the case again anyway even if there was some kind of juror misconduct.The reality is they never wanted to try this case in the first place and their half-azzed work in the courtroom is the evidence of such. This whole case was basically WWE.
