Most of these dudes were either children or not "outside" like that back in their day. Or just being disingenuous about the past which is far too common among older generations especially since the statistics show that violence was more common in the 70s, 80s, 90s.RIP….but y’all being disingenuous acting like this is a “new thing.” There’s always been weak ass men that can’t take rejection. Young men need to learn how to deal with their emotions. The number one cause of death for guys throughout history has been poor emotional control.
Whether it leads to you getting yourself killed over ego, crashing out and killing someone else, getting pissed off and running your blood pressure up, driving erratically because you're mad about something, a man's lack of emotional control has led to his downfall for centuries. And other people get hurt in the process due to his weakness.
Teach your daughters how to move in a violent, misogynistic world, but also teach your boys to handle failure with grace.

At some point you need to have standards for yourself and other black men. There is *never* a circumstance where words should lead a man to stabbing a small teen girl to death. Ever. There’s not a single circumstance where that’s justifiable. Why is it up to the girl to speak and act a certain way to avoid DEATH? Be so serious right now.
