Weeds is the first show I've done this to. I used to always finish a show or movie I've started just on GP, but Weeds became such horseshyt in season 3 I was like

I wish I would have gave up on Lost. :mjcry: By the time I figured out the writers had no idea wtf was going on I was already too invested and had to see it through
I dropped off super early somewhere in the middle of season 2. It wasn't clicking with me. Forgot to add Dexter and Heroes to my list too for similar reasons.

No Whammies!!
Like many others have said. The Walking Dead. I quit about 3 seasons ago. shyt got old. Just straight up dumb shyt

LOL...When I saw the threat title I immediately thought of "The Walking Dead'. Reading through this it looks like EVERYBODY says that. With everybody dropping the show, how are they still pulling in 5 million viewers?

I don't think I saw anyone mention "House of Cards". After Season 3 ended I never looked back.

What’s a show y’all gave up on initially but gave one last shot and it turned out to be piff? For me it’s Peaky Blinders. I gave up on it multiple times after the 1st episode. One day I was bored and gave it a real try. I am glad I did :blessed:

I didn't really "hard quit", but I stopped watching "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" after the first two episodes. I hated the movie 300, and after the Spartacus pilot I was saying that it was a low budget ripoff of a :trash: movie.

Later on (before the first season ended) I heard that the show had gotten better. I still had some episodes on my DVR, and I was able to see the episodes my DVR missed on Netflix (which used to have Spartacus online right away). The season finale ("Kill Them All") ended up being my favorite episode of any show that year.

Walking Dead (Episode where the hillbilly motorcycle guy was trapped in a house in the woods with the girl did it for me.. I think it is one of the worst-rated episodes on the show fwiw)
House of Cards - He became president too quickly so there was really nothing else to look forward to imo
Luke Cage - The writing and acting was meh

Empire was never a well-written show, but it was an entertaining show. Now it's the one of the worst shows on television, and even with remarrying Lucious and Cookie (a fatal mistake), it's getting the worst ratings in the history of the show. And rightly so - it's absolute fukking trash.
