Eight episode seasons are everywhere. The days of 22 episode seasons are long gone, and even 13 feels like a dream. So what happened? And why is an older version of TV worth defending? I go into it all here.

The title & description is a bit misleading, The subject matter in the video is less about the amount of episodes of per TV show seasons AND is actually much more about the ultra-serialized TV shows we get nowadays VS. the more episodic (But still serialized) TV shows we got in the 90's & 00's and how the latter format is a much better format for most TV shows (except for TV shows that are meant to just be a mini-series).
