More than likely reality TV shows and reruns/airings of shows from other networks. It’s rumored that’s what The CW is going to transition to when they get purchased.

That’s the answer to your question for the most part. It’s too expensive to produce content for both cable and streaming services, so it’s easier to put out reality TV and reruns on cable and essentially get the same ratings at a cheaper cost.
