We made a determination on who was our coach going forward based on work done during a tanking season. We start competing and the incompetence of the coach is clear and blatant.
This loss is solely on the coach. Garpax needs to have the balls to get rid of boylen. Its going to look bad but it what has to be done if we plan on saving this season at all.

Sorry I'm getting sold on moving on from lauri. I'm tired of keeping players 1 or 2 seasons too long. He has a deal soon approaching and his trade value is going to start dwindling. We can get a nice return for him right now. If we give him a deal that nice return gets weaker.

I don't think there's any situation in which you'd allow a team to go on a 16-0 run without calling a time out, whether the 1st or 2nd unit is in the game. But, if this was a guaranteed 50+ win team and you wanted your bench to fight through the shyt to develop, maybe that's doable, but even then, you're calling a timeout at 8-0.

A win tonight could have boosted the confidence of the entire team and might have kick started a pretty decent run in the season. These tactics is clearly deflating the confidence in the team. You saw it once the starters finally made their way back in.
