So WCJ already on his second injury in the off-season 
Dont wanna be negative but im not convinced were making the playoffs just yet. Being healthy would go a long way but ultimately i think we need someone other than zach to make the leap to all-star/borderline all-star. Lauri hasnt been that quite yet even though hes good when healthy, but while we have talent I dont know if its enough.
I dont think its a negative to say we wont make the playoffs, I dont really expect it
I guess we are officially done with the tank stuff though, because they said playoffs are now the expectation yesterday, so we at least dont need to go into the season with some gray area of what we trying to accomplish
76ers, Bucks, Raptors, Pacers, Celtics, Nets, Heat
thats 7 teams, and its leaving off the Magic who made the playoffs last season. Hawks will be better this season, but they probably have another season before they fight for the playoffs, but a team worth mentioning. Pistons will likely be in the hunt as well.
^^ thats kind of the mix I see us in, with those teams listed above fighting for the 8 seed - the other 7 listed should make the playoffs? I dont find the Pacers & Heat much more talented than us, but they have systems that work for them and we simply dont as of yet.
something encouraging, the Magic went from 25 wins to 42 (and 7 seed) last year - and they didnt really add many pieces, just a new coach. so its not insane to think we can jump to around the .500 mark if healthy, I feel we have more talent than they do

Do any of y’all go to any games? I mentioned in the last season thread that I copped one of those 11 game packages for this season. I’m actually excited to watch this team for the first time in a while. I agree with most here that we should at least be in competition for the eighth seed. Hoping for the best.

I usually try and catch a couple of games a year. My son bday is in October and we usually catch a early season game then a game for the cheap in March or April.

I have zero confidence in him boylen, but they did upgrade his coaching staff under him.
I don't see the bulls making the playoffs. They're already being got with injuries and preseason hasn't even started.
