gonna have to give the kid time to make any kind of judgement about him cause I was wrong about Coby last year...but Patrick Williams doesn't seem like someone that will be a difference maker for the Bulls

Eventually we need a better front court
Lauri is ok but I dont think hes that great. He's solid from 3 but not above average. In 2010, he woulda been the shyt. But now stretch 4s arent that valuable unless they can make plays....and he cant. Dude always hurt and cant guard anyone. He inconsistent as hell....ppl gassed bc he outplayed Porzingis once. He like a softer, less versatile Mirotic....at least Niko was solid defensively
In theory Carter Jr looks good. Supposedly he can hit 3s but just not in games....supposedly he can be a playmaking hub...again havent seen it. He a solid rim protector but fouls like crazy. Aldo hurt all the time
Maybe Boylen was stifling their growth but both of em are kinda mid if we're being honest

This is a new regime so they deserve a clean slate and patience to build their vision. I'm gonna go read up on Williams and hopefully this works out for us.

William's is a hard worker tho so I wouldn't lump him in with Tyrus. Tyrus was useful but wanted to be a SF instead of being his best role....finisher and shot blocker

Yeah well here's hoping.
I wasn't convinced that Deni would make any kind of difference on this team, but I liked the fit. Here we have a guy who fits but may potentially grow into something better.
