TWICE!!! (second time this year he's been dealt for 2 firsts)

Covington is basically Otto at a little over a third of the price. Even at Otto's salary, a healthy version of him can maybe get you that, but that hasn't been the case.
RIGHT! fukking twice i forgot... how is this happening:why:

I get that Otto is getting 30 mil damn near but it's expiring... theres gotta be some deal to be made with a Brooklyn or Minnesota or a Dallas or Boston or shyt maybe Denver/Spurs for this nikka .... like he's gotta have some value out here the way GM's are just slanging around FRP's we need in on that immeeeediately

Deni imo is a solid pick. There are just not any clear stars in this draft. It's going to be a draft where hindsight is going to tell us who was the stars.

Imo ball and Wiseman have the higher ceilings

Players like toppin deni Lewis hayes maybe okoro will be solid contributors maybe stars so I'm not mad at drafting any of them either

Or you could find out toppin hayes Lewis etc are the best in the class. Who really knows.

But this is indisputable: The buzz surrounding the Bulls becoming increasingly focused on Patrick Williams is intensifying by the day.

One league source even went so far as to say he’s under the impression that the Bulls have told the Florida State forward they plan to draft him should they not trade up from No. 4.

Man I would trust AK and eversly as they deserve a shot to guide this franchise

But Patrick Williams being selected 4th? They putting a lot on themselves making that selection even the kira Lewis selection. If they don't pan out and you had ball, deni, even toppin there at 4th and those guys turn into stars this front office will have then kicked off their regime on a Ryan pace, pun intended. Would be trubisky all over again never hear the end of it.

So for their sake I really hope they know what they doing

Giovany said last week Patrick Williams could go as a high as 4 , dude a sf can play 4 in small ball lineups, physically strong 2 way player, good b-ball iq like a jimmy butler, great work ethic

watched some tape he solid, came off the bench at fsu I think he’s 19 one of the youngest in the draft not gonna stand out on film but scouts been raving about this cat.

it seems as though we would be able to trade back to 7 or 8 and still get Williams (if that is their preference)

if that was the case, whats a reasonable return to expect from DET or NY to move up?

Melo's game is extremely raw, I think his percentages from 3 go up once his shot selection improves.

He's an intriguing player for sure, but you damn near have to build the team around him to maximize his skillset. And looking at the teams with top picks, who knows who pulls the trigger for him.

I don't know if I'm ready for Ball/Lavine/Coby fukkery in Chicago

:lupe:

I'd say they'd be willing to go for it depending on who's there. Do the Knicks see Ball as a future GOAT?

Man we got the 7th pick the last three to four years.. if we trade back to 7th again instead of just drafting the other top guys..

I’m ignoring all these reports if it’s not from shams or woj

gonna ruin my hype for the draft

in this scenario, they are drafting BPA, they just know they can get that player at 7/8 and can gain an additional asset
And then three years from now when we look back we gonna be making that face ice cube did in Friday when he high as shyt.

the same thing can happen if they stay and draft at 4. this is all about who the front office deems BPA and if they feel like they can move back a few spots and get the player they want still, why not?
