Dude knew about Pax choking Vinny but chose not to talk about it because it would cause a distraction. He's more of a reporter than an insider and is closer to being a spokesperson.

KC also works for NBC sports Chicago which is partially owned by the bulls/reinsdorf. so while I've long thought he's been a bulls shill, he really can't go against him now these days.
