Troy Weaver has great player relationships around the league, would be ideal IMO.
Im sure Finley & Nazr do as well, and both Chicago folks.
Nope get someone proven.
I'm actually not to hot on Calvin Booth either.
I met him at summer league last summer
I much as I love Elton, yea, he needs to stay far from this team.I would get Elton Brand vibes if Nazr got the job tbh
Is this what a competent front office with ownership that isn't afraid to spend money looks like
Was reading somewhere that this is the first time since 85, the guy running the show wasn't from the inside.
Pax since 03
Krause was a scout for the Bulls, then for the Sox before Reinsdorf hired him as GM in 85.
Something must've happenedwe're seeing more competency in two days than the past decade, unreal.
ASG was here for the first time in 30+ years and not only did we lack representatives, just Zach in the 3 point contest, some of the talk was about how trash we were.Something must've happened

I really do believe the firegarpax movement making it's way to national tv and going viral is the straw that broke the camel's back.ASG was here for the first time in 30+ years and not only did we lack representatives, just Zach in the 3 point contest, some of the talk was about how trash we were.
Coasting on the brand will only go so far. I'm not surprised paying customers are checking out. The fans have been loyal as fukk but something eventually has to give. It was probably a combination of both the bad press and dollars and cents for real.I really do believe the firegarpax movement making it's way to national tv and going viral is the straw that broke the camel's back.
Cowley has suggested though, that the increasing empty seats and the tv ratings plummeting is what got Jerry's attention. I also think they suffered a bit in merchandising.
