100%

medical staff has been the 2nd hindrance on the franchise behind Garpax.

Getting rid of them and its smooth sailing for whatever else we gotta do

We both called that years ago ..bulls have 2 to clean house , no way tanaka can keep collectin cheques with his record all the way up 2 this season

You’re going to be given the keys to the kingdom, this is full authority to make basketball decisions, this is a No. 1 job. John [Paxson] will be around, we all know how much the Reinsdorfs like and value him, but John’s not going to be hovering, that’s not who John is. You guys know John, he wants what’s best for the Bulls, he will not be hovering. This person whoever they hire will be allowed to bring in additional staff, is my understanding. So they’ll be able to build off this infrastructure the way he sees fit.

whoever is hired will be vp of b-ball ops and can hire their own staff from gm,ast gm,scouting, player development etc, garpax are done

clippers ast gm and magic ast gm(he use to work for the bulls :camby:)are candidate’s too

Yahoo is now a part of Verizon Media
As candidates withdraw from the search, it seems the Bulls are sending a new message about the appeal of the job.

Paxson was reportedly going to retain power in the new setup. Management was reportedly set to implicitly encourage candidates to keep coach Jim Boylen. Both of those would be turnoffs.

Now, Chicago wants to convey that the new hire will have more autonomy.
