FO should invest a quality coach who cares about the W x L column and not just burning a season , so players can have the right frame of mind or culture

A winning cultures breeds the right habits ..not habits of a team going through the motions not seein results ,and spinning their wheels , with a coach that isnt respect from.players to media etc
