It's happening.:mjcry:

Edit:

While no final decisions have been made, the expected addition would take on the day-to-day operations and become a fresh voice and face of the franchise. It’s unclear what this addition’s title would be, however general manager Gar Forman likely will remain in the scouting role he has worked in this season while Paxson would still report to the Reinsdorfs.
Just clean the entire shyt out:francis:

It was a great all star weekend in chicago but this had to be a bit embarrassing for the franchise. The league gifts you one of the easiest schedules in the league up until the all star break and you couldnt take advantage nor get 1 guy from your franchise to represent you. Then fire garpax is layered all over the weekend.

Got a feeling pax and gar will still remain apart of the franchise in some way but I cant see a new gm coming in if they are just a front man for garpax .

Brehs we cant forget Zach only fukking what 24 :pachaha: blessing n a curse cuz we squandering imo a tier 2 at the worst talent, but we its good hes still young. Im super curious how good hed be with an actual team around him or a capable/complimentary piece. He still kind of ass on defense but his offense so pure Im shocked how they havent been able to capitalize off that shyt.

Hopefully the regime change gets bulls back on track. One of the best fanbases reducee to cheering for this filth for years now

woj did a podcast here this past weekend he said the same thing Cowley said

Wendell Carter Jr. said over All-Star weekend that he hopes to return from his sprained right ankle on Thursday as the Bulls begin a four-game homestand starting with the Hornets.

The injury news isn't expected to be as good for Kris Dunn.

The Bulls haven't officially updated Dunn's status since Feb. 4 when they said the guard's sprained right MCL would be re-examined in two weeks. But sources said there's growing belief that Dunn will miss the remainder of the season with the injury,

Bulls’ front office has used All-Star Weekend to start making changes

Bulls team president and COO Michael Reinsdorf and vice president of basketball operations John Paxson weren’t exactly front and center during all the public activities, but they definitely were lurking.
The hope for Paxson is this new hire will take over the media duties, allowing him to slip into the background.

As for Forman, he’s not expected to be fired. Instead, he’d be moved to the scouting department, which the Bulls are looking to build up. They’ve long been known for a small scouting department and are planning an expansion this spring.

There was a report that Paxson’s power also would be diminished and that he’d be given a different title, but other executives indicated that will not be the case.

It's really a shame that Krause who delivered 6 titles can be relieved of his duties in a way that it was a clean split but pax and gar will hang around while jerry and Michael play never can say goodbye to 2 dudes who has turned this franchise to shyt with not even a finals appearance to show for all the years they been here.

they didn't just turn this team into a bad one, they made a notable premiere franchise in the NBA into a completely irrelevant one. I mean the Knicks get more press for being bad than the Bulls do and which team has had more success over the past 30 years. No one even cares to talk because they know management to this point haven't cared at all and just wanted to turn a profit. Now that's being affected, suddenly "there's going to be changes" :martin: I'll believe when I see it.

Bulls could be looking at multiple hires to work under John Paxson

Paxson and Reinsdorf are still running the show, with Paxson still considered to have a valuable seat at the table no matter what title they come up for him.

Even if it appears that Paxson will be taking a background approach, the source said don’t believe it. The Reinsdorfs still have 100 percent faith in him leading the direction of this organization.

The hope is that this restructure will free Paxson up from carrying the weight of basically two roles — since Forman slowly has lost his standing the last few seasons — as well as give the Bulls some new voices in the room, and more importantly, change the optics from the outside.
