A company inquired about a job interview, it's basically a cutting edge tech firm. I went to the website and everyone is a cac male or female and 1 Asian chick. I'll pass on wasting my time and not getting hired 95% chance and/or being the token negro 5% chance.

I would reconsider 
Even if you don't want the job you can always learn during the interview process
You can sharpen your interview skills
learn how to negotiate (if they want you, ask for more money)
etc.
Interviewing is a skill (because your resume/experience is the same no matter what) and you passed on at least the opportunity to sharpen that skill even further...at most you may be passing on a good fulfilling gig to help you move to the next phase in life
otherwise

I do have a job with a major corporation, but it's in a warehouse doing data entry and research. It's a terrible job, but it looks great on my resume with my dress up skills.
Tech field, especially in the Bay Area is more East Asians than anything else.
