Judging the mindset of a severely traumatized women who has been raped 8 times and whose children have been threatened with death is not justifiable, especially when you yourself have not had anything close to her experience. It makes you sound callous and suspicious.
This wasn't a cold, calculated and premeditated act. He was trying to rape her and she killed him. That's called self-defense, which, believe it or not, is actually justified in many of the world's legal systems, and covers killing someone, too.
