One, we were just having a discussion but if you really want to know, I do a lot to help spread this information, offline and online. But that is besides the point.
To answer your question Awareness is the first key to conquering any problem or any thing in general, you cant solve a problem YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF. You cant even scratch an itch that your mind hasnt acknowledged.

It seems you have been made to feel powerless as an individual, which is a personal problem. But yeah, spreading awareness is THE NUMBER ONE thing people can do to begin defeating the many various elite agendas that exist. Again spreading awareness is actually THE NUMBER ONE thing that ANYONE can do regarding ANYTHING. Having knowledge of, or acknowledging something is the first step to taking action, right?
