They're really 1A and 1B. Their standing is interchangeable. Just a matter of which of their strengths you value more. But there's no huge gap between the two gawds either way. There is no wrong answer

Nas is a MUCH better lyricist to me. That's the type of hip hop i enjoy.

2pac isn't in my top 10 tbh. I don't rate him highly lyrically speaking.

Ready to die and life after death were 2 masterpieces that laid the blueprint for what a rap album is supposed to look like commercially. Plus those albums have more quotables than probably any other 2 albums in any other rapper`s discography.
