There was no evidence that suggested Henchmen put fear on Pac and ESPECIALLY Suge who was hood as fukk. Greg Kading, the author of Murder Rap has interview Dexter Isaac from prison and he said Dexter Isaac is 99% sure Puffy was aware of the shooting before it happened, but im not sure if Biggie was aware of it.

This! It was a combination of 2pac's voice, along with the right beats/production & lyrical content (in most cases) that set him apart from most rappers.

I agreed with Op that Pac is a smart dumb nikka. Pac and Krs-One are the originators of the smart dumb nikkas. They have a lot of knowledge, but they don't use their knowledge. Wise men have intelligence and know how to utilize their intelligence.
