Say what you want about Garcia supposedly quitting, but his explanation at the end sounds exactly like concussive trauma. Impaired vision and not knowing where you are for a minute before things clear up happens in football so of course it can happen to someone taking blows to the head from Tank Davis.

This happened to me when I was in the military during PT where I suffered a concussion. I couldn’t see for an entire minute after getting kicked in the head accidentally by someone above me (climbing obstacles) , thought I literally went blind and people were telling me not to panic. Lol. I completely beleive him. People so quick to try to make tough men look soft. Don’t think he lying

Nah but even some of boots earlier fights. When some of the guys stood and traded with him he got hit with clean shots. To me it’s more about his defensive flaws than anything else. I think he would also have serious issues with a guy who can smother him and force him to open up. And Spence will do that all night.

It’s also the way his head rattles when he gets hit sometimes. He gets jolted quite a bit. I’ve gone back and watched a few of his early fights. Just don’t like the way he responds sometimes. He’s got great potential. But they need to bring him along slowly. He’s not ready for Spence or bud. Not even close. Both will damage him in their own way.

He's ready for Spence bro because of the style. Boots looks phenomenal when you're in the pocket with him which is exactly where Spence's wheel house is. Bud is way more slick & presents similar match up issues like Karen, but with more boxing IQ, power, & the ability to switch to south paw. Spence wouldn't show him anything he hasn't seen already. Him & Spence would be competitive, but Boots would be putting his punches together looking dynamic because Spence doesn't move his head & has average footwork. That high guard Spence uses plays into the Boots strengths
