I postulated that Fox News was to big to News of the World... But if this second lawsuit hits close to a billion again....

I don't think they let him go because of his content (that may have resulted in the lawsuit), because Fox News will continue with their conspiracy bullshyt in some form or another. Fox is in too deep now, and with other even crazier right win news channels popping up they can't go back to regular programming or they'll lose large portion of their audience. They made their bed and now they have to sleep in it.

I think they let him go because of a possibility of additional leaks and other lawsuits as a consequence of the Dominion lawsuit.
