Big show during the wwecw era was underrated in imo, I know the era sucked but as a wrestler he was actually just as good as he was in wcw, he'd do that standing legdrop onto his opponents neck, he had the cobra clutch backbreaker, he used to do that and rag doll his opponent across the ring, he put hbk in the cobra clutch and rag dolled him over the roof of a limo

Yeah it was probably his best period of his first WWE run, even though he was in terrible shape and so beaten up. ECW in 2006-2007 is fascinating.

granted it sucked but it had its moments, show did try as a champion, that match with ric flair where he tossed him into thumbtacks on national tv was :wow:

Bout to peep that Shane collection, i HATED that mofo as a kid cause Xpac never got his european title back :mjcry:

X-Pac/Shane was the MOTN at that year's WM. Shane/Test was probably the best match at Summerslam, too.

Maaaaan, I watched the entirety of Legends House this week on my work from home days. Some of the best shyt television the world has ever seen.

Roddy's was so fukking likable in that tortured genius kind of way. Could tell he had been affected by playing the heel too long.:sadbron:

Mean Gene - :heh:if he was ANYONE but Mean Gene Okerlund, he would've been arrested for sexual harassment at some point during this series. Dude just drinks, swears and flirts. Pure entertainment. He could have a reality show all to himself.

Pat - :salute:Definitely the most likable and "normal" seeming guy in there. I think his 'revelation' at the end was probably planned way ahead of the series as the cherry on the cake, but everyone already knew anyway. He seemed genuinely humble and realistic about his life and career. Not sure he would've pissed me off once.

Tony - Wow. I mean... I fukking love Tony Atlas and thought he was great on the black history Legends of Wrestling roundtable, but... is he just... a bit... old in the brain? Dude sounded borderline special-needs at times but occasionally came out with the most sensible thing in the world. I don't want to place all the blame on him, but I would've struggled to deal with his bullshyt for a month. Laugh of the century though. AHUH HUH HUH!:russ:

Duggan - Sorry, but I'm just not sure about Duggan and low-key think he was burying racist feelings towards Tony for the whole thing. He just seemed... suspect to me... and that whole thing when Piper left for a day was beyond pathetic.:comeon: Him and Tony were the babies of the group. Duggan was just wandering about craving validation.

Jimmy Hart: I dunno man. I love Jimmy, but I couldn't spend more than an hour in his company. I guess that's how you make a mark when you're a 90lb wimp trying to run with wrestlers.:jbhmm:

Fink: One of the more 'normal' guys in there. Dull and a little bit sad.:camby:

Hillbilly Jim : The NICEST guy in there by a country mile. Well, him or Pat maybe. I reckon I could see Jim every day and never get bored of him. Just a straight up nice, cheerful dude winning at life.:salute::lawd:

I don't fully believe they could do a second season - have they even got enough bookable Legends?!
