Goldberg also continued the streak on Saturday Night and Worldwide. Thunder even at the start is more dogshyt and skippable than Smackdown has been for the past 4-5 years. After the first 3 months, 30% or more of Thunder was a recap of Nitro, with a semi-kind of stars main event and the rest stuff that wouldn't make the undercard on a 3 hour Nitro.

Go to my site and read Thunder reviews. That's the proof at how fukking terrible it was. And lost to time are my 2000/2001 Thunder reviews. Just 1998 and 1999 were enough to make me hate everything.
The first Thunder's main event was DDP vs Nash, which ended in a no contest and a brawl to end the show. I mean, I guess that is similar to Nitro. A significant chunk of the show was devoted to replaying Larry Z vs Bischoff from Starrcade in full. The second week had...a main event with no finish and a brawl. The third week had...a main event with no finish and Giant breaking the ring. The forth week had...a main event with no finish and a brawl. The fifth week had...a main event with no finish and a brawl. Do you see where I'm going here? A month in they were running shyt like Sick Boy vs drugged up bloated on death's door British Bulldog. Six months in Brutus Beefcake was main eventing (in a match with no finish and a brawl). Eight months in you had Jim Duggan vs Repo Man and Giant vs Stevie Ray as the main event (in a match with no finish and a brawl). Ten months in you have Giant and Konnan main event (in a match with no finish and a brawl). A year in you have Benoit vs Windham as the main event...in a match that went five minutes...with no finish and a brawl.

Yall wanna see some classic fukkery? Check out WCW Uncensored 95. You get to see the apex of Hoegan's influence by these silly gimmicks and match types. It seems that they caught some wind of ECW and tried to go Hardcore for a PPV and it was a cluster fukk.
