I don't think the rules specify that you have to be eliminated by someone still in the match but just "go over the top rope and BOTH feet hit the floor and your out" Tehnicalities breh

From what I've read that was the actual plan. They were going to turn Smackdown into the WCW show but I think TNN at the time wouldn't allow it. Then especially after the Buff Bagwell Booker T match bombed they gave up on that idea completely.

because Buff Bagwell and Booker T in Tacoma Washington has main event all over it...do they ever take location into consideration regarding reactions other than New York, Chicago and Canada smh

1997, 2002, and especially 2003 rumbles were stacked!

I can totally understand why they did the brand split with that roster in 2003

I've watched every rumble starting at beginning, I'm at 2003 now, definitely the best roster so far

They didn't do rvd or booker any favors in 2002

And it's crazy how quickly they gave up on taz
