I'm still surprised at just how over Jake the Snake was during his entire run. For some reason I always though Steamboat had always been a main eventer but it seemed the only time he was really given a chance for that was during his run with Flair in 89 I think.

The next 24 hours would be perfect for WWE to spotlight Sting (PPVs, Nitro, etc) on the Network to get some of the younger audience who didn't see his WCW run acquainted with him

However that won't happen sadly and knowing WWE we'll get more let's bury WCW aka Monday Night Wars and ECW (and I'm one the biggest ECW fans)
