They've literally said everything they can possibly say about the MNW, but of course I'm still watching the documentary  the only thing they can do now to freshen it up is to get the viewpoints from those involved that haven't already interviewed a million times on their dvd's like a Sting, Steiner, Goldberg, or Kane

Loving these MNW shows. I wasn't old enough to appreciate and completely understand the business back then so I'm learning a lot, whilst reliving all those great memories when I watched as a kid.

Also, I've been watching a lot of attitude era WWE lately and one thing I can't help but notice is the amount of ridiculous shyt Mick Foley was doing. Prime example during this latest MNW DX show they had small little 10 second clips (most featuring Foley) of DX beatdowns. It just makes me wonder how much that guy has put his body through. I'm honestly so suprised he's still able to function ok. Damn.

Networks dropping over here next month, so far I've heard mixed things - some good, some bad. What's the overall coli verdict? What are the best features/things on the network? And have they announced anything that they plan on releasing? It'd be cool if they had special sections for like 'Top ten Brock Lesnar matches' or 'Greatest ladder matches' - or do they already have stuff like that?

It's worth having for the archives alone. You can really dig into WCW especially.

They "sort of" announce upcoming additions

They'll hopefully add the WWE Tough Enough's etc, WCW Saturday nights, eventually but it's worth the

when it's available over there.

Yeah, I'll definitely be subscribing aslong as it's under £10 a month. Just hope we get all the content that the US has and we don't get a half-assed network in terms of content.

Yea man, a part of me wishes I was the age I am now back then during the Monday Night Wars instead of a 9 year old kid because as a kid I didn't really appreciate or understand the psychology of a match the way I do now as an adult, I'm jealous of anyone who was of age back then and had the chance to watch while truly understanding the business.

Same as that mate. Being 15-18 during attitude era would have been amazing. Plus you woulda been a kid for the Hogan/Warrior shyt. Dudes that grew up like that were :blessed:

Looking forward to re-watching though, now that I'm smarter and have an idea of how the business works.

Nah. I liked being a kid at that age. Not being cynical about Stone Cold or Goldberg running through the roster. It was a really fun time to be a wrestling fan but I feel if I was a smark back then, we'd be having the same complaints as we do today. So and so not being pushed, so and so being overrated etc.

I'm glad it was real to me during that golden era because I got to enjoy it as it should be. I remember after the Rock joined the corporation at Survivor Series I tried playing it off like I still liked him even though he was a bad guy but that next night on Raw I wanted to see him get fukked up. I miss those days of being a wrestling fan. Being entertained by the product instead of constantly comparing it to some standard that it really can't live up too.

easily worth the money. The monthly ppv's for the price on top with the docs, NXT, and vintage shyt make it great. Only problem is there is literally too much piff. I'm nowhere close to watching all the shyt i've set out too :manny:
