I always felt Punk came off like a fakkit on the mic, like one of those annoying hipster cacs. I do think that pipe bomb promo was his peak tho, it was and still is[\spoiler]

Watching Great American Bash 89 and hearing the commentary and it's crazy how they can add to a match. Talking about how Lugar's moveset his designed to attack Flair's back and how it was injured in a plane crash years earlier. Breaking down moves that are logical and moves that are bad ideas based on what's happened in the match previously. Just so much greater than today.
bruh, what I love about the commentary from the NWA during that time was how JR called it like it was a legit sport. Jesse Ventura did something similar during his time in the WWF.

Great win for Naomi, but that ending confused the shyt out of me. Is Paige the bad person for being a sore loser, or is Naomi in the wrong for doing nothing while Paige beats the fukk out of her friend, and stands there looking like Beyonce in the elevator?

I only got Cameron being in the wrong for acting "crazy" in the end of that segment.

I agree, she was overzealous, but she didn't do a single thing to Paige in the match, and just celebrated with her friend, even though it was too much. IMO, that made Paige look bad. At least if Cameron did something in the match to follow up the slap from RAW, fine, but she didn't. Very confusing to me, is all.

Watched No Mercy 03 yesterday and it was surreal to hear dueling Cena/Angle chants during their match. At the time I didn't realize it but they were grooming him for the top spot way back then.
