On the WWE conference call, looks like they'll have Tough Enough on the Network. Not sure if it's past seasons being archived or a re-launch.

Edit: Looks like Tough Enough will be a re-launch.

Looks like the Network, when viewed from a yearly perspective is grossing more than PPV. Which is good to hear considering they're only meeting 60% of their goal.

That makes sense b/c they're getting $$$ from ppl who otherwise they wouldnt. I havent ordered a PPV in over a decade, so they're getting money from ppl like me they otherwise wouldnt.

Lets say the average PPV is 200,000 buys. That's like $55 per buy but to WWE it's more like $30 or so because of the split with the providers. So lets eliminate the Rumble and Mania because that will skew the numbers.. obviously they will always make a ton of those two regardless of whether its the network or not.

So normally they'd be getting like $60M but with 600,000 subs at $120/year it's closer to $80M

I don't know maybe I'm way off but I can see how they'd be making a lot more money even with 600,000 subs compared to the million they wanted.. This shyt hasn't even gone worldwide yet. I'd like to see actual figures instead of my bullshyt math I did in my head though :heh:

just saw the list. horrible. if it's a top 10 tag teams of all time list including all wrestling promotions it's even worse. If it's just the WWE then it's still bad. The Road Warriors aren't even a top 5 WWE Tag team. their best was in the nwa. and the rock n sock connection can't possibly be on there and the hart foundation not be, wtf.

the top 10 WWE tag teams of the cable tv era are

10. The Brain Busters - in their short wwe stint, had some great matches
9. The Rockers -quality matches vs just about anyone
8. The British Bulldogs - see above, big time babyface team
7. The Rock n Sock Connection - can't deny the drawing power
6. Demolition - dominate
5. Edge and Christian -
4. The New Age Outlaws - arguably the most popular team of all time
3. The Hardy Boyz - arguably the 2nd most popular team of all time
2. The Hart Foundation - best team of all time, until 2000
1. The Dudley Boyz - the piece that made the tag division become great in 99-2001

I'm surprised they ranked the Road Warriors so high and I'm surprised they didn't include HBK & HHH from their DX run in the last decade. I don't think Rock 'n' Sock deserve to be there and the fact that the Hart Foundation isn't there is ridiculous.

7. The Rockers
6. The Hart Foundation
5. The British Bulldogs
4. Edge and Christian

Well technically this was a fan vote on wwe.com, nobody old enough to matter goes to the website, so this is just mostly kids. I don't even know when these votes take place

I hate when during these countdowns they say, "Join in the conversation and let us know your thoughts" or something like that. I'm like "join in where?" :what: And why wasn't I privvy to the initial voting
