IDK what it is but I can stream live programming with consistent HD pretty good. But playing an old video its always constant buffering and dips between SD/HD. Anyone else experience this?

my full screen when viewing online is still screwy. it will punch the black lines together at the bottom and have the video pushed to the very top of the screen.
