Io Shirai vs Kairi Hojo
This is the last time we'll see this match in a Stardom ring. Their rivalry has been a modern day classic IMO.
Cliffnotes for anyone who might wanna watch these two before they arrive in WWE:
Io is the ace, an athletic beast, basically the female AJ Styles if Uncle Allen had Lesnar power and HBK arrogance added to his attributes. No one can fukk with her.
Kairi is the pretty one who started off as basically the joshi equivalent of a WWE diva, just hired for her looks. She took to the stiff joshi style like a duck to water though. She lays her shyt the fukk IN. Kawaii and demonic all at once
Both of them might legit be competing to see who can die in the ring first
They've basically been the #1 and #2 in Stardom for the past several years. In any other promotion, Hojo would be the top star because she's popular, charismatic (15 minute post-match Kairi in-ring promos w/ subtitles are among the best things about Stardom World), good looking, and one of the best in-ring performers in the industry. Only problem is, Io is just straight up better. Kairi knows it too, but bless her heart, she won't stop trying to dethrone the GOAT
