So, I've talked about how Chile is going through some serious social uprising. Police brutality has been very high since day 1, and ever since the state of emergency was lifted (the military went back to their quarters) it has gotten worse. People are losing their eyes on an alarming rate - in 20 days we have more people losing eyes due to police actions than in Palestine, Kashmir and other middle East conflicts - and of course more violent groups are getting more exposure (even though the damage they've done isn't that significant in the grand scheme of things).
In this context, people have been rightly aiming for more wealthy parts of Santiago to go protest. This has lead to the some of the most conservative, extreme right wing people to use "yellow jackets" and try to "defend" the stores, pharmacies and whatever from their neirberhood (even though like 95% are in no danger of suffering anything). Not just in Santiago but in other big cities like Viña del Mar. Some fukkers even have gone outside with guns, though nothing has really happened, until....
A fukking cac named John Corbin, who has pictures with the fukking confederate flag in facebook
went to the streets with a gun a shot people. Thankfully nobody died but OF COURSE a fukking gringo had to be the first one to make a really complicated issue, worse.
Legit, they have to have some form of mental disability when born. Very few are able to fight it.
