Yo why did Paul Heyman sue WCW?

Racial discrimination. Bill Watts came into WCW and almost immediately had it out for him. Watts eventually fired him on the grounds of Heyman falsifying expense reports (allegedly, he had been taking trips to see his girlfriend on WCW's dime), but Heyman sued WCW on racial discrimination grounds after Watts got fired for making racist remarks in an interview shortly afterward.

Details are sealed, but, as Heyman makes clear in his doc, he made out like a bandit. Had enough money to pretty much fund ECW by himself for 3 years or so.

Also, I'm watching a few of the Elimination Chambers right now (I need to get my leisure activities in before I start teaching again in a couple weeks). Notes:

-The old school MSG set-up was so awesome. I hate that they changed it up just so they could use the LED-trons.

-Watching the first New Year's Revolution EC, it's kind of crazy just how hot the Puerto Rico crowd was for the main event. EVERYONE was over. I understand, say, not having PPV's in Europe or Japan, but I always wondered why they didn't have a PPV in, like, Mexico City every so often. They're a global presence right (at least, they claimed that they're territory was the world when Brock Lesnar brought his case against them. )? Why not show it more often?

-Although I'm an advocate for his presence in history, watching Benoit matches will never not be weird for me.

Shortly after the shooting, images of Brown lying in a pool of blood began to circulate on Twitter. Users pleaded with each other to stop sharing negative images and instead use photos that showed Brown for the "gentle giant that he was."

The hashtag #iftheygunnedmedown soon surfaced with users asking each other which photo the media might use to tell their story if police shot them.

I was scrolling through a slideshow on CNN.com, and I just happened to see Brodus Clay. I legitimately LOLed, because it was so random.

Didn't he go after or try to go after WCW with a lawsuit during the late '90s boom? Something about trying to drive him out of business or making offers to ECW guys still under contract.
